This exclusive 9-day journey offers you the freedom to craft your own adventure, access luxury experiences, and connect with like-minded travelers at every step of the way.
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
- Arrive in Japan, settle in, and unwind with a warm welcome experience that sets the stage for an unforgettable journey ahead.
Days 2-4: Tokyo
- Immerse yourself in Tokyo’s energy with a blend of iconic sights and exclusive experiences, including a Wagyu & sake pairing with a renowned chef and a private shopping experience at the Atlantis Vintage Flagship store. With stunning views, luxurious meals, and unforgettable moments, it’s the perfect way to experience everything Tokyo has to offer.
Days 5-6: Kyoto
- Travel by bullet train to Kyoto, where ancient traditions meet modern luxury. Cancellation & Travel Credit Policy
To ensure we provide the best accommodations, experiences, and partnerships, all Ephemera Travel Design trips are booked and paid for well in advance. As a result, cancellations are refunded as travel credits that can be applied to the same or a future curated trip with Ephemera Travel Design.
Cancellation & Credit Schedule:
All travel credits are valid for 1 year from the cancellation date. You don’t need to complete the trip within that year, only rebook it.
This trip requires a minimum number of guests to proceed. If the trip is canceled due to low enrollment, all travelers will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for your flights. Ephemera Travel Design is not responsible for airline penalties or change fees if the trip is altered or canceled.
