Do I need a visa to travel to Japan?
U.S., Canadian, UK, and Australian passport holders do not need a visa for short-term tourist stays under 90 days. You will need a passport that is valid for the duration of your entire stay. To make your arrival seamless, we highly recommend registering on the official Visit Japan Web portal a few days before you fly out to pre-clear customs and immigration digitally.
Which airports should I fly into and out of?
Because this is a multi-city journey, the official itinerary starts in Tokyo and ends in Osaka. We recommend booking an open-jaw (multi-city) flight ticket: fly into Tokyo via Haneda Airport (HND) or Narita Airport (NRT)on October 2, and fly out of Osaka via Kansai International Airport (KIX) on October 10.
What if I prefer to fly round-trip in and out of Tokyo instead?
We can absolutely accommodate that! If a round-trip ticket in and out of Tokyo works better just let us know. We can easily coordinate your return bullet train ticket back to Tokyo at the end of the trip so your journey remains completely seamless.
Are airport transfers included?

Will I get to meet the group before we leave?
Yes! We will host an exclusive virtual pre-departure orientation before we take off. It’s the perfect chance to introduce yourself to the collective, see who you’ll be traveling with, talk through packing tips, and get all your last-minute burning questions answered so you feel 100% confident stepping onto that plane.
What is the total cost of the trip?
The total investment for this curated luxury experience is $4,650 plus tax per person for a shared luxury room.
What is the deposit, and how do installments work?**
To lock in your spot in the collective, a high-commitment, non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is due by June 30, 2026. From there, the remaining balance is split across three easy milestone installments of $1,050 spaced perfectly over our 10-week plan, with the final payment due on September 8, 2026. Want more time? What happens if I need to cancel?
Because this is a high-access VIP experiences in Japan everything must be booked and paid for far in advance, all payments are non-refundable. However, they are 100% transferable to a friend cannot make it. Comprehensive travel insurance is strictly required to protect your investment in case of unexpected emergencies.

Can I come alone?
Most women do! This trip is based on double occupancy, meaning you will share a luxury room. If you’re traveling solo, we will pair you with a like-minded roommate from the collective. If you prefer your own private sanctuary, a single-occupancy upgrade is available at checkout.

Do I have to participate in all the activities?
Not at all. There are no mandatory scripts or forced group activities. If you would rather skip a tour to sleep in, wander, or spend the afternoon shopping, the time is entirely yours.
How do the optional add-ons work?
During your unscripted free days, you can choose to level up your itinerary with epic bucket-list upgrades. At checkout, you’ll have the option to add on ACTIVITIES and We handle the bookings; you just show up.
Is Japan card-friendly, or do I need to bring cash?
Japan has become incredibly modern and card-friendly, and credit cards are widely accepted at luxury hotels, boutiques, and major restaurants. We recommend arriving with a small amount of Japanese Yen (¥) or using local 7-Eleven ATMs to withdraw cash as you go.
Are there strict rules regarding bringing medications into Japan?
Yes. Japan has exceptionally strict laws regarding over-the-counter and prescription medications. Common Western cold and allergy medicines containing pseudoephedrine or codeine (like Sudafed, NyQuil, or Vicks inhalers) are strictly banned. If you carry standard everyday prescriptions, ensure they are in their original bottles with your name clearly printed. For stronger medications, you may need to apply for an online digital import certificate (*Yunyu Kakunin-sho*) a few weeks before departure.
