  • Single King Suites and Beachfront Bungalows are available at a higher rate, and must be requested at time of reservation
  • Hotel has private pool and direct beach access

The price of your trip includes breakfast and $100 daily resort restaurant credit, a welcome happy hour, as well as a group bon voyage dinner. 

Dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
  • Private plane charter roundtrip transfers from San Joes airport to Cóbano, and roundtrip ground transfer to the hotel as well as all activities.

Private group yoga will be offered in the morning daily, and self-driven activities (swimming, ATV, journaling, etc.) are available at all times!

International flight must arrive and depart from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).  

Travel Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Booking:
  • A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, with an automated payment subscription. If the minimum guest count isn't met by trip closing date, the deposit will be refunded, minus processing fees.

Payment Options:
  • Automatic trip payments are processed with options for monthly installments or a single payment, based on double suite accommodations, with single suite and beachfront bungalow upgrades available, at an additional cost. This upgrade MUST be requested at booking.

Cancellation Policy:
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations result in a 50% refund (minus vendor fees) from the deposit date to September 19th, a 25% refund (minus vendor fees) from September 20th to December 19th, and no refunds or credits within 90 days of departure. Processing fees will be deducted from all refunds.

Travel Insurance:
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment against unforeseen circumstances. Neither Transformation Passport nor Ephemera Travel Design are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.
