The payment towards your trip can be paid out monthly or all at once. Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. Prices are based on single occupancy – this means you will not be paired with another traveler or friend unless requested. You can also opt in for a beachfront bungalow, at an additional cost.

To secure the best accommodations, partners, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will be refunded in the form of a travel credit towards the same or another curated trip destination with Ephemera Travel Design.

You are able to cancel your trip for a full credit refund up to 90 days before the trip. Cancellations made between 30 - 90 days before departure will receive a 50% credit refund of all payments made. All credits are redeemable for 1 year, however, the trip does not need to be completed within 1 year. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a credit refund.

If you are 3 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50. That allows you a 7 day extension to complete your payment. 

The last installment must be completed on time and cannot be extended by any means.

This trip will only depart if there are 8 guests signed up, minimum. Please ensure that all flights that you purchase are insured. If the trip has to be canceled due to attendance, you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit, in the form of a credit.
