To secure the best accommodations, experiences, and partnerships, all Ephemera Travel Design trips are booked and paid for well in advance. For this reason, all cancellations are refunded in the form of a travel credit that may be applied to the same or another future curated trip with Ephemera Travel Design.

Cancellations & Credit Schedule:

• Within 48 hours of booking: Eligible for a 100% travel credit of all payments made.
• 48 hours after booking up to 120 days before final payment: Eligible for a 75% travel credit of all payments made.
• 119–90 days before final payment: Eligible for a 50% travel credit.
• 89–60 days before final payment: Eligible for a 25% travel credit.
• Less than 60 days before departure: No credit available.

All credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation. Travel does not need to be completed within that year—only rebooked.

This trip requires a minimum number of guests to proceed. If the trip is canceled due to low enrollment, all travelers will receive a 100% credit refund, including the deposit.

All flights should be purchased with comprehensive travel insurance. Ephemera Travel Design is not liable for airline penalties or change fees if the trip is altered or canceled.
